Step into the day-to-day and experience what it’s like to be an animal keeper.

Our Mini Keeper Experience invites you behind the scenes to help care for our animals alongside our knowledgeable keepers. You’ll take part in age-appropriate keeper tasks, learn how we look after our animals and discover what goes into their daily care and wellbeing.

This hands-on experience is perfect for young animal lovers and families looking for a meaningful, memorable way to connect with animals. There’s no rush—just time to learn, help out and enjoy being part of the routine.

What's included?

• Guided participation in simple keeper tasks
• Time spent with our rabbits, meerkats, ferrets, reptiles and rodents
• Learning about animal care, feeding and enrichment 
• A relaxed, educational experience 
• Feeding a wide range of animals 
• 15 minute break with snack and juice provided

• Suitable clothing and footwear 
• Mini keeper experience will last approximately 3 hours 
• Maximum group size: 4
• 1 Parent per child to supervise
